When working with the energy system and restoring equilibrium to the body-mind-soul, it is essential for the cells of the body to be open and receptive to fully integrate the healing.
Please note that the healing will continue to unfold after your session, which may bring emotions, memories, or energies to the surface for clearing and release. This is a natural part of the process, allowing for deeper integration and transformation.
Each session is unique and unfolds in alignment with your highest potential and well-being.

Preparing for your Session
To get the most out of your healing experience, here are a few simple yet powerful ways to prepare:
Hydrate & Nourish: Drink plenty of water before your session to support energetic flow and cellular integration. Drink lots of water 3-4 days prior to your session. Eat lightly and avoid heavy meals right before your session.
Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose loose, comfortable attire to promote relaxation and ease of movement. You will remain fully clothed during your session.
Set an Intention: Reflect on what you wish to release, receive or align with. Intentions help focus. Have a pen & paper/journal ready to take notes. Have your questions ready & the patterns, situations of life you want to address (especially for ThetaHealing)
During Your Session: What You May Feel
As energy flows and shifts, you may experience a variety of physical sensations. These are natural responses and signs that your body is releasing, balancing, and integrating the energy. At times, you may experience an emotional response or have memories surface. This is a natural part of the process.
Warmth or Heat: You may feel radiating warmth or heat in certain areas as energy moves through blockages or activates. This is often a sign of energetic release or clearing.
Coolness or Tingling: You may feel cool or tingling sensations as energy moves and the body recalibrates. This can indicate emotional release or energetic expansion.
Subtle Vibrations or Pulsing: Gentle pulsing or waves of energy are common as your system rebalances.
No Sensations at All: It’s perfectly normal if you don’t feel physical sensations. You may feel relaxed or fall asleep.
After Your Session: Integration Tips.
The healing continues after the session as your system processes and integrates the energy shifts. Please allow around 10 days for the work to integrate fully.
Stay Hydrated:

Rest & Reflect:
- Give yourself time to rest and integrate.
